Relationships between authors, the editorial board, and reviewers in the journal are based on the principles of academic goodwill, objective assessment, and the priority of scholarly quality. We are guided by the principles of the Code of Conduct for Editors developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), in particular:
Fair Play. Manuscripts must be evaluated based on their scholarly merit, regardless of the author’s race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, citizenship, or political views.
Avoidance of defamation and copyright infringement. Our journal rejects any materials that fail to meet the requirements regarding defamation or copyright violations.
The Editor-in-Chief adheres to the journal’s editorial policy and consults with other editors and reviewers when making publication decisions.
Editors:
If editors have suspicions regarding the authenticity, originality, or ethical integrity of an article, its publication is postponed until all concerns are fully resolved. Unpublished materials from manuscripts submitted for review may not be used in editors’ own research without the authors' written consent.

Authors must:
Information obtained privately by authors (in conversations, correspondence, or discussions with third parties) must not be used or disclosed without explicit written permission from the source. By submitting an article for editorial consideration, authors agree that, if published in the print version of the journal, their work will also be made openly accessible on the journal's website.
Submission of a manuscript implies the author’s consent to the peer-review process and their willingness to revise the text and correct errors identified by editors and reviewers.
